Cuplock Scaffold Systems is used to support steel as well as timber form works. Simplicity and the speed of erection of our scaffolding system make extremely popular among the customers. Cuplock Scaffold System is the most widely used scaffolding systems in the world. This can be used for access work where loading of scaffolds is light and for heavy loading applications like form work also. No special skills are required to erect and dismantle the systems.
Components & Features:
The major components of our scaffolding system are given as followings:
Verticals/Standards:
- Material conforms IS•1161-1998 OR IS -1239 Part I
- Pipes 40 NB (OD 48.3 mm) ERW mild steel medium/heavy class
- The connections points are set at every 500 mm vertical interval of standard vertical member
- Top Cups are made out of malleable cast iron.
- Bottom cups are made out of M.S. forging
- Ends are provided in vertical member with 150 mm long spigot for continues connections.
- Vertical are available in a standard sizes.
Cuplock Scaffolding & Supporting System:
Horizontals/Leadger :
- Material Conforms 15-1161- 1998 OR IS - 1239 part I
- Pipes 40 NB ( 00 48.3 mm) ERW mild street light/medium class
- Ledger blades are made out of M.S. forging
- Horizontals are available in a standard sizes.
Scaffolding System All Purpose Model (APS) :
Purpose:
We offer Flexible Model of scaffolding systems that can be used for both load bearing & access applications. Our model can be used for plastering, painting etc. and several other applications. Apart from it, these scaffolding systems all purpose models are also used for supporting high rises slab and beams.
Components & Features:
- Made out of 40 NB ( OD 48.3 mm ) ERW mild steel tubes confirming IS - 1239 Part - I or IS - 1161- 1998
- APS units made out of two verticals and one horizontal
- In Vertical Member 50 NB (OD 60.3 mm) tube 150 mm long and eye bolt provide locking
- to the next staging
- Horizontal members can be locked at every 500 mm height on vertical member
- M.S. C-Clamps are welded in both ends of the horizontal for connecting each unit
- Plain pipes can be used for connecting individual frames at convenient positions according to space availability
Scaffolding Universal Frame Model (SUF)
Purpose:
This model is used for plastering, painting, and external access works. Heavy duty model is used for multipurpose uses like supporting slabs, beams, staging for bridges, builders hoists outer tower etc.
Components & Features:
- Made out of 40 NB (OD 48.3 mm ) ERW mild steel tubes confirming IS -1239 Part - I or IS -1161- 1998
- 32 NB tube, 125 mm long spigot for continues connections
- 20 NB (0027 mm) medium class tubes for cross bracing
Scaffoldings Systems lattice Frame Model (SLM)
Purpose:
This model is used for multipurpose uses like supporting slabs, beams, staging of bridges etc. The lattice inside the frame facilitates climbing very easy. The clearance in the frame provides an easy walk way on the floor.
Components & Features:
Made out of 40 NB (OD 48.3 mm) ERW mild steel tubes confirming IS - 1239 Part - I or IS -1161-1998
Frame are 32 NB tube 125 mm long spigot for continues connections
20 NB (OD 27 mm) medium class tubes for cross bracing

Scaffolding Accessories:
We manufacture and supply following types of scaffolding accessories:
Adjustable Base Jack
- Used for adjustment at the bottom
- Dia 32 mm x 4 TPI mild steel rod for jack
- Malleable Cast Iron Nut, used on Rod 32 mm & Pipe of 40 NB (DO 48.3) Pipes rest on it.
- M.s. Flat 150 x 6 mm for base plate size 150 x 150
- Available on 300/450/600 mm lengths.
Stirrup Head/U-Head:
These Stirrup Head and U-Heads are used for adjustment at the Top. We manufacture stirrup head and U-Head which come in following specifications:
- Dia 32 mm x 4 TPI Mild Steel Rod for jack
- Malleable cast iron nut, used on rod 32 mm & rest on pipe of 40 NB (OD 48.3)
- M.S. Flat 100 x 6 mm used for U-Head size 100 x 100m x 100
- Available on 300/450/600 mm lengths.
